Summer is here and so are our Farmer's Markets! Here are a couple favorties:
The Village Market on California Avenue
Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Come meet vendors with fresh produce, specialty foods, meat, eggs, honey, arts and crafts, local businesses, and non-profits.
Sundays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reno's truly local market, with all vendors growing, raising or making their goods within the tightest possible radius around Reno.
Reno Food System's Park Farm - Farm Stand
Sundays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Park Farm is a five-acre urban farm in west Reno featuring an on-site farm stand selling fresh, naturally grown produce (June - October) and seedlings (April - June).
