The median sales price the Reno-Sparks area in March ticked up to $575,000 from $549,950 last month and up 8.9% from last year. While we're seeing more listings slowly come on the market, the overall active inventory is still down 6.4% from last month and 17.7% from March of 2023.  Are you on the fence or thinking of waiting until interest rates decrease?  I would strongly reconsider waiting! Buy now and refinance later or you'll pay more for a home based on the current trend that's expected to last due to a shortage of inventory.
